In our endeavor to expand our business scope, Brent Sugar was established and registered in Nigeria to carry on Business of developing a Sugar Cane Plantation and Mill in order to ameliorate sugar shortage in Nigeria.

BRENT SUGAR have adjudged one of the biggest and functional Sugar Farms in South West Nigeria with total mass of 12,000 hectares (120sq km). Out of this wide area of land, the company irrigates over 6,000 hectares and have in and out growers well above 5,000 hectares. The project will have over 60 km of irrigation canals direct from Ikere Gorge Dam.

The farm boast of modern Agricultural Equipment for large scale farming and the ability to carry the local community along with inputs and purchase their crops.

We are producing 3,000 TCD (Tons of Cane per Day), expandable to 5,000 TCD with 12 megawatt Co generation, 400TPD back refinery, and 30 KPLD Ethanol plant. This will help the shortage of sugar in Nigeria and West Africa.

AWAA as a co owner of Brent Sugar is an American company which specializes in irrigation farm development in Nigeria. The company is to develop the irrigation aspect of the farm in collaboration with Reinke Centre Pivot irrigation, which allows for all year round sugar cane farming.
