Today, we went to Iwajowa Local Government Area to inspect Brent Farms Ltd, Ijio, a private enterprise set up about 9 months ago. Two of the products from the farm that I am looking forward to are the locally grown rice and the planned ethanol plant.
During my campaign in 2018/9, I talked about Oyo State getting involved in ethanol production. So, our administration will be supporting Brent Farms with the necessary infrastructure. I also promised we would buy their ethanol to mix with gasoline to fuel our official vehicles.
